Relationship Manager

Hi Linkedin!We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team at Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk in BSD City.In this role, you will help clients achieve their financial goals through professional advisory and sales of mutual funds and fixed income (bond) products. You’ll play a key part in growing our investment client base while maintaining long-term trusted relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire, build, and maintain strong relationships with retail and high-net-worth clients.Provide professional advice and tailored investment recommendations, focusing on mutual funds and bonds.Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.Conduct regular client follow-ups, portfolio reviews, and market updates.Ensure compliance with capital market regulations and company policies.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best client experience.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Management).Must hold a valid WPPE (Securities Broker Dealer) license from OJK.Minimum 2 years of experience in investment sales, wealth management, or financial advisory.Strong understanding of mutual fund and fixed income products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passionate about helping clients grow their investments and achieve financial goals.Why Trimegah?A leading and trusted securities company with over 30 years in Indonesia’s capital market.Collaborative and professional working culture.Competitive compensation with performance incentives.Opportunities for continuous learning, certification, and career growth.
