Reliability Engineer

Job DescriptionEducation Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Reliability Engineer to ensure conformance of product validation results for Milwaukee Tools, leveraging advanced reliability engineering principles.QualificationsOver 3 years of experience in New Product Development processes, with an emphasis on design, manufacturing, quality, testing, or reliability activities.Technical conversational English proficiency.Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods such as 8D.Hands-on experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), Life Data Analysis, and related statistical tools/software (e.g., Minitab, ReliaSoft, Monte Carlo simulations).Experience in test plan development and execution.Advanced knowledge in both mechanical and electronic systems.Intermediate knowledge and practical experience in Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA (AMEF), and Control Plans (CP).Availability to travel up to 25%, including internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesLead teams in new product designs and engineering changes, with a focus on product reliability, user requirements, and warranty performance.Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to define product specifications and CTQs, taking the lead in all aspects of reliability, quality, and testing.Draw clear, logical, and well-written conclusions from test and experiment results, based on sound data analysis.
