The right candidate will be someone who enjoys building good relationships, communicates well, pays attention to details, and can support the team in making sure partnerships deliver real value to the business. As the Partnership Associate, you will do the following:
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholdersCommunicate effectively to understand partner needs and expectationsResolve conflicts and address concerns promptlyMonitor and evaluate partnership performance to ensure mutual benefitsConduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunitiesAnalyze market trends and competitor activitiesEvaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic fit and potential impactPrepare detailed reports and presentations on research findingsDraft partnership agreements to ensure compliance with legal and company standardsNegotiate terms and conditions with partnersManage contract renewals and amendmentsEnsure proper documentation and record-keeping of all partnership agreementsPlan partnership projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goalsMonitor project progress, address issues, and report outcomes with actionable recommendationsRequirements1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related rolesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal and relationship management skillsBasic understanding of market research, financial principles, and contract managementDemonstrated ability to monitor and evaluate partnership activitiesEffective communication and presentation skillsFamiliarity with project management principlesBenefitsAt Reliance Health, we prioritize our people and their well-being.
