Job DescriptionThe Alignment Engineer must perform Client standards and alignment reviews and work proactively towards aligning Clients that are misaligned against our Company standards. Maintain & Develop Company standards and best practices.Job Responsibilities:Perform Remote Standards and Alignment Reviews.Maintain, update, and phase out assigned Clients Standards templates as technology or a Client environment changes.Develop and maintain technical knowledge of assigned Clients’ environments.Conduct thorough checking, updating and accuracy of Clients’ information and documentation.Be responsible for upholding best practices, and reporting recommendations to the vCIO.Identify Client technical risk and collaborate with internal teams appropriately.Contribute to the maintenance of the ITS Standards Library.Actively participate in the Standards and Alignment CommitteeDevelop both technical and business acumen relating to Client sitesProactively maintain and improve Clients’ infrastructure remotely.Review project results for thoroughness, outcomes, documentation, and quality of executionMaintain strong client relationships.Keep abreast of the development of relevant IT and telecommunication systems, hardware and software applications within the industryMaintaining and keeping all assigned client documentation in order.Assist in the training, mentoring and development of staff.Perform general office duties as required remotely.Liaise with, manage, and advise Clients, other consultants, and contractors and attend meetings as required.Perform other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Alignment Team Manager.Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.Implement, participate in, and promote Company Policies and Procedures.Job Qualifications:3 years plus previous experience in IT administration and/or technical support experience, or equivalent.Knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware and software applications.Demonstrated experience and knowledge of network and workstation operating systems, and Microsoft Windows operating system.Demonstrated experience with web and internet technologies.Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.High level organizational, coordination and prioritization skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies.Show initiative when undertaking tasks.Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.Good task management and multi-tasking skills.High degree of confidentiality.High degree of punctuality.Ability to take, interpret and follow instructions.Client service orientation.Ability to work with staff at all levels of the Company.Committed towards undertaking duties efficiently with a strong attention to detail.Professional personal presentation.Awareness of and ability to work in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.Job KPI's:Utilization in/out departmentAmount of MRR managed# of clients managed# of completed Service Days# of completed Alignment Reviews# of Clients without a recent complete service dayJob Requirements:A home office set up that meets the following:Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 16GB RAM, SSD storage, and one of the following:Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (13th generation or newer), orAMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (7000 series or newer), orApple M2 or higher.Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls.A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)Excellent command of the English language both spoken and writtenAble to work full time for 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday)Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).Compensation:Pay rate starts at $13.51/hour and may vary by experience and location.Benefits:Comprehensive Health Plans / HMO (Employee & Dependent/s)Life InsuranceFlexible Benefit Reimbursement (Dental/Vision/Mental Health/Wellness/Government Contributions)Paid Time Off (starts at 15 days per year)Maternity/Paternity LeavePaid US HolidayNight Shift BonusSalary Advancement/LoanHealth & Wellness ProgramCompany-paid training and certification
