We’re seeking a part-time, remote Social Media Content Specialist to help bring our brand to life online. You’ll create and schedule educational posts, team highlights, community tips, and more across our social platforms — following the social strategy set by our Marketing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in marketing or content creation.What You’ll DoCreate and schedule engaging, on-brand content for owners, residents, and recruiting audiencesWrite clear, concise captions with strong hooks and CTAsDesign graphics and short-form videos using CanvaManage the content calendar and post scheduling through BufferSupport social ad campaigns and boosted posts in Meta Ads ManagerTrack performance weekly and share insightsKeep digital assets organized in Google Drive and NotionWhat We’re Looking For1+ years of experience in social media content creation or coordinationExcellent written English communication skillsFamiliarity with Canva, Buffer, and Meta Ads ManagerDetail-oriented, organized, and reliable with deadlinesAbility to work independently and follow creative directionBased in a US-friendly time zoneNice to HaveExperience in real estate, property management, or service-based industriesBasic video editing or motion graphics experience in CanvaWork DetailsType: Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)Location: RemoteSchedule: Flexible, US-friendly hoursCompensation: $7-$8 per hour
