Valuation Analysts must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Analyze real estate collateral pledged in connection with loan applications to determine an estimated value, using comparable ("comps") data from online sources such as Zillow, Redfin and othersResearch local U.S. real estate marketsCreate exhibits for reportsPerform administrative tasks, including data entry, composition of emails, and updating various documents and systemsOther projects and duties as assignedRequirementsMust have a degree in Business administration, math, economics, finance, statistics or similar fields100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skillsExperience in banking, real estate and/or real estate appraisalExperience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferredPositive attitude and willingness to learnProactive approach and strong work ethicExcellent attention to detailBenefitsCONTRACT/CONSULTANCY POSITIONPTO AvailableUSD salary ($1000 - $1500)100% Work from home
