As part of our expanding remote operations team, we are hiring a Collections Specialist to support our fast-growing customer base.Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Collections Specialist to handle overdue accounts, follow up with customers, and ensure timely payment collection. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers with overdue payments via phone, WhatsApp, and emailFollow up on outstanding invoices and maintain accurate records in the CRMSend payment links, invoices, receipts, and renewal remindersCoordinate with finance and operations teams to validate balances and account detailsEscalate non-payment cases when necessaryProvide exceptional customer service and support customers with payment-related inquiriesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reportsRequirementsStrong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plusBased in the UAE with the ability to work fully remotelyStable and reliable internet connectionStrong follow-up, negotiation, and time-management skillsComfortable handling difficult conversations professionallyFamiliarity with CRM tools and digital communication platformsPowered by JazzHRKcUCKJHZAY
