Remote German Customer Advisor (Portugal based)

Are you fluent in German and passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences?Join our remote team and support one of Germany’s leading retail banks — all from the comfort of your home.As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll manage inbound service calls from German customers, assisting them with everyday banking needs and ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries in German via phone and email.Assist clients with phone banking IDs, T-PINs, and Postbank app setup.Process customer requests accurately and resolve issues on the first contact.Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service at all times.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and banking procedures.Language RequirementsGerman: C2 (native or equivalent level)English: B2 (for internal communication and training)Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is an advantage, ideally within banking, finance, or telecommunications.Working HoursMonday to Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00 (rotating shifts)Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotating weekdayOffer6-month renewable contractBase Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 monthsMeal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net, via meal card)Monthly Performance Bonus: €100 × 12 monthsPrivate Health Insurance from Day 1Opportunity to work fully remotely within Portugal mainlandRequirementsEU citizenship or full legal right to work in the EUReliable home internet connection and quiet work environmentSkills: german,customer service,english
