Change is celebrated as a sign of progress.The RoleAbout This RoleWe’re seeking a Graphic and Presentation Designer to create compelling visual content that helps us fulfill our mission to be the most helpful creative platform in the world. This role focuses on designing engaging presentation decks and other creative assets while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.This is part of our active talent pool. We review applications continuously, and strong candidates are kept under consideration and may be fast-tracked once a matching opportunity becomes available.Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST/ESTLocation: Remote, open to candidates in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, or India.What You’ll DoDevelop and design engaging and professional digital/print assets and slide decks that align with client brand guidelines and storytelling requirements using various design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and FigmaHandle multiple design projects per day across various industries.Engage regularly with Customers, Team/Production Coordinators, Art Directors, Quality Specialists, and other Creatives.Engage with Design Pickle's customers, understanding their queue and overall process, and address graphic design-related concerns effectively.Collaborate closely with the Team Coordinator, Quality Specialists, and other team members to ensure design quality adheres to brand guidelines.Visual Content Creation and Graphic Editing: Craft visually engaging, high-quality designs for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital channels, by transforming raw visual assets into polished, high-quality designs aligned with client brand guidelines and messaging.Organize digital assets, including images, project files, and graphics, efficiently.Stay updated with the latest design software and techniques to ensure the highest quality output.Provide additional services and support as required by the client.Ideal ProfileWho We Are Looking ForAt Design Pickle, we are a global team of dedicated professionals who combine creativity, expertise, and collaboration to deliver exceptional results. Your unique strengths will help shape our work and drive our collective success.Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.Proficiency in Presentation Design tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva.Experience in crafting visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.Strong organizational and time-management skills for efficient project execution.Effective communication and collaboration skills to ensure client satisfaction.English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written).A strong portfolio with examples such as:Social media and digital adsPresentations (PPT/Google Slides)Print materials (flyers, brochures, labels)Merchandise designsWeb layouts (design only)Logos and brandingSimple GIFs and infographicsBonus Feel free to browse our work samples on our website and review the comprehensive scope of work before applying for this position.
