Remote In-House Counsel

Crosby A.I., backed by top investors like Sequoia Capital and Bain Capital Ventures, is a successful, well funded startup building both an agentic AI tool to assist with contract automation, as well as the law firm that uses those tools. Instead of selling our proprietary technology to other firms we are competing with them by providing fast, efficient contract negotiation to high growth companies with lean legal teams. The entire process at Crosby is overseen by elite in-house lawyers ensuring quality and efficiency.We're seeking driven BigLaw attorneys with corporate or IP transactional experience to assist our team in reviewing commercial and tech agreements for some of the most innovative, fastest growing startups in the world. You'll join a great culture while maintaining quality work, with no billable hours. This role can be entirely remote anywhere in the United States.
