Our team is collaborative, mission-driven, and deeply committed to inclusion and access in the arts.About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-informed Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, drive audience engagement, and support the promotion of our programming. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on growth, visibility, and brand alignment across multiple channels.You will work closely with leadership and collaborate with program, education, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging, targeted campaigns, and performance tracking.What You'll DoStrategic Marketing & Campaign ManagementDesign and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote classes, events, and membership programs.Lead Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including a grant-based ad spend.Build and manage email marketing efforts (Mailchimp) for newsletters and segmented campaigns.Track conversions and report on funnel performance (traffic, acquisition, retention).Social Media & Brand PresenceOversee strategy and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity in collaboration with design contractors.Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, and PR consultants as needed.Content & Web OversightManage updates to the organization’s website (WordPress) and online shop (Shopify).Maintain press archives, online listings, and digital calendars.Draft press releases and manage media outreach.Team Collaboration & CommunicationCollaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with programming.Manage project timelines in Asana and ensure smooth coordination across departments.Support PR efforts, including media relations and outreach to press contacts.What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills & Experience3+ years in marketing, ideally in nonprofit, cultural, or education organizationsExperience with digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)Proficiency in WordPress, Mailchimp, Shopify, and AsanaStrong written communication skills in EnglishData fluency: confident tracking metrics, KPIs, and reportingBonus SkillsBilingual: Spanish and EnglishFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRMsExperience managing remote design teams or contractorsPassion for arts, education, or community-focused workSuccess in This Role Looks LikeIncreased visibility and attendance for organizational programs and classesStrong alignment between messaging, brand, and missionClear communication across internal stakeholders and external vendorsImproved conversion rates across digital platformsReady to join a purpose-driven, creative, and ambitious team?We’re excited to meet candidates who want to bring strategic thinking, executional rigor, and cultural care to this role.Apply here: https://forms.gle/6Y1cvEYjPHDggrcRA
