Remote Presentation Specialist (Ad Hoc) – South Africa-based • R550/hour

This is a remote position.We are looking for an experienced Presentation Specialist to create and refine high-quality, complex business presentations for international clients. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent data-handling skills, and the ability to transform complex information into clear, visually engaging presentations.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Excel, and be comfortable building presentations that include data-heavy tables, charts, and structured information.You will work closely with teams to translate strategic, financial, and operational content into polished presentations suitable for executive, client, and board-level audiences. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote Transform complex information into clear visual storytelling Build and format data-heavy slides including tables, charts, and structured layouts Work with Excel data and translate it into presentation-ready graphics Use Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to enhance visual assets where needed Maintain brand consistency across presentations Work with international teams and respond to fast turnaround times Ensure presentations are clear, accurate, and visually polished Requirements Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint Strong Keynote experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Strong Excel skills for working with tables and data Ability to structure complex information clearly Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Strong attention to detail Experience Minimum 5 years experience creating professional presentations Experience producing complex corporate or consulting-style presentations Proven experience working with data-driven slides and tables Experience working with international teams or clients is advantageous Working Environment Remote position Must be available to work UK business hours Strong communication and responsiveness required Portfolio RequirementApplicants must provide a portfolio showcasing presentation work, including examples of: Complex PowerPoint presentations Data-heavy slides with tables or charts Corporate or executive-level presentations
