We are hiring a Remote Sales Closer for a fractional services company in the consulting and professional services industry. This is a full-time remote role for a Scotland-based company serving U.S. clients.This role is ideal for someone who is highly intelligent, articulate, performance-driven, and experienced in closing pre-booked High-ticket B2B sales calls.Key Responsibilities:Take pre-booked sales meetings and convert qualified leads into paying clients.Conduct consultative B2B sales calls with professionalism, clarity, and strong verbal communication.Sell fractional service packages priced between $1,000–$3,000 per month.Follow a proven sales process while adapting to prospect needs and decision-making styles.Identify key pain points, communicate value propositions, and overcome objections.Work closely with the leadership team to maintain high closing standards.Maintain accurate call notes, CRM updates, and follow-up sequences.Represent the company with excellent presentation, confidence, and strong interpersonal intelligence.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience in High-ticket B2B sales, ideally closing service-based or subscription offers.2+ years experience selling offers in the $1,000–$3,000/month range.2+ years experience handling pre-booked calls, pipelines, and managing follow-up sequences effectively.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years experience closing fractional services, consulting, or agency offers.1+ years experience working with U.S.-based clients or global sales teams.Familiarity with DISC, personality-based selling, or similar frameworks.Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding monthly closing targets.Required Skills & Tools:CRM software proficiency (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, or similar).Strong Google Workspace or Microsoft Office skills.High-level communication skills (verbal & written).Ability to manage calendars, call recordings, and follow-up workflows.Schedule & Pay:Full-Time position; Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST/PST time zone.Fully remote role for a Scotland -based companyPay ranges from R14,000 - R16,000 per monthAnnual raises and confirmed holidaysSystem Requirements:Internet speed of at least 20 MbpsComputer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher8 GB RAM or higherWindows 10+ or Mac OS X 10.10+HD 720p webcamHeadset with a microphoneBenefits:Competitive pay ratesThe company provides a U.S. phone number and business email addressConsistent hours and payFully remote—work from anywhere you chooseNo commute timeLong-term stable role with a single clientOpportunities for career advancementSupportive, inclusive team environmentWork with a global team and U.S.-based customersIf you are a motivated, articulate, and intelligent B2B closer looking for a long-term opportunity with a fast-growing global company, we would love to hear from you.
