Read this opportunity to learn how YOU can make a difference at ConnectWise!General Summary:Renewal Manager responsible for managing the renewal process for our existing and potential partners, ensuring their continued satisfaction, retention, and timely renewals of agreements. This role works in partnership with the cross-functional teams to build and maintain strong relationships with their assigned partners to drive successful renewals and maximize revenue growth.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides support to the Growth teams, with a high attention to detailResearches, analyzes, and documents findingsMay coach and review the work of other team membersManages the end-to-end renewal process, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and timely execution of renewal agreementsBuilds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, understanding their business needs and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction Collaborates with the Account Management team to develop strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during the renewal processProvides accurate and timely forecasting and reporting on renewal metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities to senior managementServes as the primary point of contact for partners during the renewal process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectivelyCollaborates with Legal and Finance teams to negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelinesIdentifies opportunities to increase revenue through contract expansions, upgrades, and add-on services, working closely with the Sales team to drive upsell and cross-sell initiativesContinuously evaluates and improves the renewal process, implementing best practices and automation tools to streamline operations and enhance customer experienceKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervisionAdvanced knowledge of applicable work areaAbility to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirementsStrong negotiation and contract management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organizationAnalytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsResults-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targetsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsEducational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience4+ years of relevant experiencePreferred: experience in renewal management, account management, or customer success roles within the MSP or SaaS industryWorking Conditions:Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on locationConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
