Join now!Key ResponsibilitiesWeekly forecasting with your team and local sales leadersDevelop and implement strategies to optimize renewal rates and increase customer retention. Analyze renewal data, identify trends, and proactively address renewal risks.Collaborate with the local sales teams to build strong relationships with customers. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to ensure high renewal rates.Continuously evaluate and enhance renewal processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency and provide your feedback with the global renewals team.Work closely with the field, presales, specialty sales, operations and local leadership team management to align renewal strategies with business goals. Provide insights and feedback to inform on renewal related topics.Track key performance metrics such as renewal rates, customer satisfaction scores, and team productivity. Identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to address any issues.Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage renewals. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in cybersecurity or technology management are a plus.Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity environment (3-5 years).Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and industry trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Experience in forecastingFluent English languageWork schedule: Monday to Friday.
