About the RoleGreece Sotheby’s International Realty seeks a Rentals Portfolio Associate to join its expanding Rentals Division in Athens.This position is central to how our guests and property owners experience our brand — through precision, empathy, and attention to detail.You will work alongside our Head of Rentals to curate, manage, and present exceptional homes across Greece’s most desirable destinations, ensuring that every stay reflects the Sotheby’s standard of beauty and care.What You Will DoCoordinate the onboarding and presentation of luxury rental properties across multiple regions.Support day-to-day portfolio management, liaising with owners, photographers, and operations teams.Maintain listing accuracy, pricing updates, and availability calendars.Communicate directly with guests and partners to ensure seamless booking and guest relations.Contribute to the continuous evolution of the rental experience, combining operational excellence with the emotional value of luxury hospitality.What Defines YouYou are organized yet warm, precise yet personable — someone who enjoys creating order and elegance in equal measure.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in property, travel, or luxury client service.Excellent communication skills in English and Greek; a third language is a plus.High attention to detail, a structured mindset, and a genuine appreciation for exceptional service.Tech-literate and confident managing digital tools (CRMs, booking systems, spreadsheets).What You Will Find HereYou will join a team that believes hospitality is an art — and that every client interaction is an opportunity to express refinement, empathy, and professionalism.At Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, you will gain the knowledge, network, and mentorship to grow within a world-class organization, while contributing daily to experiences that inspire and delight.
