In this role, you'll ensure our products meet the highest standard of alignment, testing, and repair before being shipped to customers around the world.You will play a key role in diagnosing and repairing returned products, maintaining accurate records of work completed, and supporting continuous improvement in product quality and performance.The duties of the role will include:Aligning products to specified performance levels within the production areaDiagnosing and correcting manufacturing faults to restore full functionalityMaintaining detailed records of product work and reporting common faults to Product SupportRepairing and testing products returned from customersMonitoring the performance of test equipment and reporting issues promptlyMentoring and supporting junior technical staffProviding proactive feedback and input to Product Support and Product Development teams to improve design and manufacturabilityŌ pūkenga - About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll bring a solid mix of technical expertise and a proactive mindset.
