Job Description Must be located in Ontario, Canada or U.S.AThe Reporting Analyst - Dining Program, is responsible for reporting and analyzing key data sets to inform the business, highlight opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. This role also partners with cross-functional teams and assists with implementing initiatives as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in Power BI training and ongoing mentoring to strengthen reporting and visualization skills.Support reporting launches by validating data accuracy and partnering with Quality Assurance to resolve issues.Build, update, and maintain Dining dashboards and reports—both scheduled and ad hoc—to meet evolving business needs.Spot data discrepancies during routine work; investigate root causes by pulling reports from databases, CRM systems, and other platforms, and implement corrective actions.Deliver reporting and analysis for the Client Dining Program and broader Product team, leveraging available tools and resources to produce clear, visually engaging insights.Develop deep subject-matter expertise in Dining and Product data, systems, processes, and stakeholder requirements to ensure reporting is accurate, relevant, and contextual.Create and refine reporting frameworks that highlight actionable insights, inform strategic conversations, and support data-driven decision-making.Provide end-to-end analysis that identifies trends, gaps, and opportunities impacting key performance outcomes (e.g., RTF, fulfillment, service delivery metrics).Continuously enhance reporting approaches to improve clarity, usability, and business impact while adapting to shifting client and operational priorities.Deliver ad hoc quantitative analysis across areas such as operational performance, product usage, fulfillment trends, customer satisfaction, and member engagement.Produce recurring business reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) and ensure all deliverables are published accurately and on time.Contribute analytics and reporting support to cross-functional projects and initiatives.Maintain clear documentation for all reporting assets, including data sources, logic, and intended use, ensuring transparency, consistency, and ease of future updates.Communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise way—verbally, in writing, and through visual storytelling.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & CompetenciesProficient in Excel with the ability to work confidently with complex data sets.Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus (not required but definitely welcomed).Solid PowerPoint skills with an eye for clean, compelling data visualization.Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.Delivers timely, reliable support to internal partners and stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills across audiences.Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.Applies business knowledge to elevate team outcomes and support strategic goals.Effective collaborator who contributes meaningfully to shared initiatives.Adaptable and responsive to evolving business needs while maintaining strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capability.Shows initiative, creativity, and a drive to continuously improve reporting tools and processes.Genuine interest in working with quantitative data and uncovering insights that move the business forward.Work Experience And Qualifications1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business operations, or a related field (internships count).Hands-on experience working with spreadsheets, data sets, or basic reporting tools in an academic, internship, or professional setting.Exposure to BI or analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus but not required.Previous experience supporting cross-functional teams or working in a collaborative environment.Experience preparing or presenting information to stakeholders—whether in school projects, internships, or prior roles.Background in hospitality, travel, customer experience, or service-centric environments is helpful but not required.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.Ability to communicate in English (verbally and written) in a polished and professional manner is required.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsMust have a dedicated, quiet, and private workspace free from distractions.Ability to sit and remain at a desk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) while operating a computer and telephone headset.Reliable high-speed uninterrupted internet connection meeting minimum company standards.Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.Clear, polished and professional verbal & written communication and active listening skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.May occasionally require walking, standing, or light lifting (up to 10 pounds) of equipment such as a laptop or office supplies.This is a non travel role.Accessibility CommitmentAspire Lifestyles is dedicated to providing accessible services to all individuals, including those with disabilities.
