Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Lead the reporting and analytics function within the Project Controls team, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for project stakeholders.Develop, standardize, and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics using tools such as Power BI, Primavera, or other enterprise reporting platforms.Collaborate closely with Planning, Cost Control, Risk, and Construction teams to integrate data and provide holistic project performance insights.Ensure reporting aligns with client and internal governance requirements, including earned value analysis, progress tracking, and variance reporting.Manage and mentor a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.Support executive management with ad-hoc analyses, forecasts, and strategic reporting initiatives.Drive automation and digital transformation in reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls and reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects (transportation, utilities, energy, or similar).Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Primavera P6, and data visualization tools.Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, earned value management, and performance measurement.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
