Job Description
Main Objective of the Job:To support internal team operations for optimal performance and communication within the commercial leasing department, team oversight and management of the analyst team, ensure accurate presentations and deliverables of the analyst team and lead strategic market overview and media briefing presentations.Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:Analyst Team ManagementMonitor Analyst workload, task distribution and attendance.Evaluate performance of each member of the analyst teamAddress agent requests and concerns promptly.Track team development and support career progression initiatives.Assume and manage responsibilities or tasks that have been vacated or temporarily unassigned to ensure continuity of operations.Evaluate existing processes and provide improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.Train or support team members, new hires and those who may inherit transitioned tasks, ensuring minimal disruption and knowledge retention.Building Database ManagementMaintain 100% accuracy and completeness of property information (e.g., availability, photos, building info, commercial terms).Lead and manage data gathering, analysis, reporting, and decision support for business units as needed. Conduct monthly database audits and correct discrepancies within 24 hours. Oversee the following components: Raven App Data Integrity; Listings and Property Particulars Management; Site Inspection Kits Creation and Tracking; Reporting and Presentation GenerationReal Estate Market Overview and PresentationsDevelop and update monthly market overview reports and slides.Ensure timely release of the monthly market overview.Produce high-quality presentations for internal leadership as well as any other requirements needed to support business objectives.Manage content and create impactful presentation slides.Real Estate Media BriefingLead the preparation of media briefing presentations.Gather and analyze relevant data.Coordinate with other departments for content contribution.Participate in brainstorming sessions and meetings.Manage content and create impactful presentation slides.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is a plus. At least 2 years of experience in property data management, market research, or commercial real estate.Strong analytical and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Leadership experience or team oversight
