Research Analyst (Part-time)

The Role:Pwrteams is currently looking to hire a Research Analyst for Nortal, our mother company, to join their Central Research Desk - a fast-moving internal service that supports regions and teams across Sales, Delivery, and Strategy with on-demand research and insights.You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-impact research that informs proposals, client engagements, and strategic decisions.Nortal is a strategic innovation and technology professional services company with an unparalleled track record of delivering successful transformation projects for over 25 years. Our projects have touched more than half a billion people's lives worldwide from Seattle to Riyadh.This is a part-time role, ideal for someone early in their career who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn.What you'll do:Respond to research requests submitted via Jira, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryDevelop and conduct global benchmarking studies using structured frameworksConduct desk research and information gathering using internal knowledge bases, external sources and public dataDevelop and conduct global benchmarking studies using structured frameworksCollect and synthesize information on markets, technologies, competitors, and regulations from reliable sourcesSummarize findings into clear, actionable insights tailored to business needsTranslate research findings into concise, presentation-ready slides and one-pagers; apply templates and visual standards consistentlyMaintain and update the CRD SharePoint page and internal documentationSupport internal marketing of the desk ( e.g. newsletter content, success stories)Organize and tag sources, templates, and outputs to enable easy reuseShare regular updates, flag risks early, and present results clearly in non-technical languageCollaborate with Sales Operations and Delivery teams to understand evolving needs What we are looking for: Strong analytical and writing skillsAbility to synthesize information from multiple sourcesStrong written communication and presentation skillsComfortable working independently and managing multiple requestsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Fluent in English (written and spoken) Brownie Points:Experience with research tools ( e.g. Gartner, Statista, LinkedIn Insights)Familiarity with World Bank, OCED and other digital government frameworksFamiliarity with Jira or other ticketing systemsInterest in business strategy, sales, or consultingPrevious internship or work experience in a research or analyst roleBasic knowledge of using AI tools for research (summarization, extraction, first drafts) and awareness of their limitationsWell organized and reliable: able to scope small tasks, estimate effort, and deliver on time Why work with us:Great work-life balanceCompetitive remuneration packageExceptional social package & special discountsSupplemental health & dental careTeam bonding eventsExcellent office location & facilitiesRelaxing & gaming areasFree bike parking & showers More about Pwrteams:Join our fast-growing and diverse team at Pwrteams, where we provide premium IT and engineering nearshore solutions to our global customers.
