Research and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a Research and Market Analysis Specialist to join our team and drive our market research and analysis efforts. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research on financial markets, analyse data and market events, and generate insightful reports and heads-up for all participants of our organization, mainly, our customers. You will collaborate closely with various teams, utilize advanced research tools, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Responsibilities:Market Research: Conduct and generate comprehensive research and actionable insights, market analysis, heads-up, short notes on financial markets, asset classes; FX, commodity, Indexes and equities, including economic data, geopolitical events, market trends, market developments.Perform live sessions on economic data, event, market developments.Brief sales and marketing teams and customers daily.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, account services teams, and other stakeholders to provide timely and relevant market insights.Technical Analysis: Perform technical analysis using charting tools and technical indicators to identify trading opportunities and trends.Industry Analysis: Analyse financial industry activities from research standpoint and trending marketing strategies within the financial market.Tool Utilization: Utilize advanced research tools, databases, and software to gather and analyse data. Familiarity and experience with trading tools, trading signal providers and generators, charting, MetaTrader 5/4, trading platforms, research platforms.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all research and analysis activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to maintain a high standard of integrity and accuracy.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or relevant fieldsProven experience in market research and analysis, preferably within the forex or financial trading industry, minimum 3 years.Strong understanding of financial markets, economic data, asset classes, trading, and trader, investor perspectives.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Familiarity with trading platforms and technical analysis software.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to various stakeholders.Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
