Job Description

Responsibilities :Planning, execute and implementing the development of new product/process, product/process improvements, and cost savings ideas.Develop new product to comply with regulatory, Halal, Industry Standard and Customer Requirements.Stay informed and up to date on what is happening in product trends, new technology and Regulatory issues.Acts as a technical consultant to all company’s operating units on formulation/processing issues related to assigned projects/products. Qualifications :A degree in Food Science/Technology.Knowledgeable in food ingredients and its function.Knowledge and/or experience with food specialty ingredients – sweeteners, fiber, modified starches as well as hydrocolloids is a plus.Proficient at Food Product Formulation.Familiar with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Management System.Familiar with Halal Management System.Good Leadership and management skills, able to communicate well with colleagues; presentation skills, and a strong sense of creativity.Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Food Industry.
