The RI-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Santé (FRQS).Position SummaryDepartment / Research Program: RESP, Clinical and Translational ResearchThe Lands laboratory is developing lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to deliver nucleic acids and small molecule therapeutics for a variety of disorders. We are seeking a research assistant to formulate and characterize LNPs for different projects.General Duties Formulate, characterize and optimize LNPs using robotics liquid handler, microfluidics systems, and LNP characterization platforms, Assist with in vitro testing of LNPs.Website of the organizationhttps://rimuhc.ca/enEducation / ExperienceEducation: Master's DegreeField of Study: LNP formulationWork Experience: 0-1 an Beginner+Required SkillsWork in team for coordination of formulation and testing.Experience in testing LNPs in vitro is an asset.Additional informationStatus: Temporary, full time (35-hour workweek, 6-month position)Pay Scale: $49,722.40 - $92,346.80/year.
