The individual will be responsible for managing a team while managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client requirements and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, a proven track record of successful project management, and strong people management skills. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation using project management tools and methodologiesHands-on with the execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational and client objectivesIdentify and engage all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate on resource allocation, ensuring team members and tools are assigned effectively to meet project needsProactively identify potential risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategiesMaintain a risk register, regularly assessing and updating project risks to prevent disruptionsResolve escalated project issues efficiently, ensuring project continuityManage project changes, documenting and communicating adjustments to stakeholders and assessing impacts on timelines and budgetsPrepare and present detailed project reports, including status updates and post-project evaluationsMaintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycleAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations are metMonitor team performance, providing guidance and support to maintain productivity and moraleIn collaboration with HR, excel in people management such as scheduling, coaching, promotion, fostering accountability, resolve interpersonal conflicts, evaluation of performance, hiring and terminationAnticipate future needs based on project pipelines and company growthAny other delegated responsibilities by the EmployerQualifications And RequirementsBachelor degree in Business Administration or any other relevant fieldBilingual in french and english as we do have clients outside of the province of QuebecAt least 2 years of experience in a leadership role with team management experienceAt least 3 years of project management skills with solid understanding of methodologies, resource allocations and financial managementAt least 2 years of understanding of Oracle NetSuiteSolid experience in the consulting and/or ERP industryStrong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent conflict resolution and problem solving skillsAbility to analyze complex problems, develop data-driven solutions and maintain delayed project and process documentationStrong focus on customer satisfaction to ensure high quality support and solutions deliveredQuick adaptability to adjust to changing requirements and environments as well as technology evolutionPMP/PMI designation
