You will guide production workflows, run operational rhythms, and ensure cross-team alignment for complex, multi-stream fundraising programs.This role is ideal for someone who understands how to manage sophisticated accounts. Someone who can navigate competing priorities, keep projects on track, and build trust with clients and internal teams.🧠 What You’ll DoOperations and WorkflowBuild and manage structured workflows in Asana for enterprise-level clarityLead daily scrums and internal huddles that keep work movingTrack dependencies, blockers, and delivery schedules across multiple teamsMaintain project documentation, scopes, and timelinesClient and Team CoordinationJoin client calls to capture needs, update scope trackers, and clarify requirementsTranslate client direction into actionable tasks and deliverablesFoster smooth collaboration between strategists, creatives, analysts, and tech leadsSupport quality control to ensure every deliverable meets expectationsReporting and OversightProvide weekly reports and status updates to leadership and stakeholdersFlag risks early and create solutions to maintain project momentumMaintain and refine SOPs and operational standardsHelp strengthen company-wide project management frameworksCollaboration & DeliveryWork cross-functionally with fundraising strategists, PMs, and tech leads.Translate complex analytics into plain-language reports and visualizations.Document processes and data flows for transparency and reusability.Continuously iterate systems for performance and efficiency.🧩 Who You Are4 or more years of project management or program management experienceSkilled in managing complex digital or fundraising projectsAdvanced experience with Asana or similar project management platformsExcellent communicator who is comfortable leading client-facing conversationsStrong at multitasking and prioritizing under fast-moving conditionsAvailable to work BST hours consistentlyBonus PointsExperience in digital agencies, nonprofit environments, or creative production💖 What You ValuePurpose over profit.
