Freshers with relevant academic background and enthusiasm for research are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesAssist senior scientists in breeding programs for cereal, forage, and oil crops.Conduct field experiments, data collection, and analysis.Develop and implement breeding strategies for crop improvement.Maintain accurate records of breeding materials, experiments, and data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve research objectives.Stay updated on latest research and technological advancements in plant breeding.Requirements Plant Breeding, Genetics, Plant Science, or related field.Strong understanding of plant breeding principles, genetics, and statistics.Familiarity with crop improvement techniques and breeding software.Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.Willingness to work in field conditions.
