Responsibilities of this role include:To provide proactive project support to ensure effective management and implementation of research projectsTo own and perform specific project tasks, e.g. contact reports, progress tracking, timesheets, PO to ensure effective deliveryTo provide effective administrative and logistical support to ensure timely delivery of tasksTo act as the day to day point of contact for research team and for client (where appropriate)To be proactive and pre-empt project milestonesTo conduct defined research activities to help build client satisfactionTo understand client needs and contribute to the design of innovative research activitiesParticipate in brainstorming sessions to ensure a professional and effective outcome for clientsShow an understanding of project objectives within materials in order to produce good drafts of screeners, simple questionnaires, tab specs, code frames & sections of presentationsCheck data tables accurately and conduct quant analysis where appropriateTo complete all administrative tasks in a timely and appropriate mannerTo assist and provide support in building client relationships to help drive growthTo start to show an awareness and understanding of the commercial needs of the businessBe present at client meetings, where appropriateTo contribute proposals QualificationsStrong degree (2:1) in any subject and/or professional qualification1 – 2 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation1 years’ experience in research-based project support role, healthcare experience is preferableEnthusiasm and creativitySelf-starter, with sense of responsibility and ownershipPrioritisation, multi-tasking and organisationWorks as part of the teamOpen to feedback and continual learningAble to apply relevant research methodsShow evidence of strong ability to draft materials and sections of presentationsDemonstrate good data analysis & interpretive skillsSolid project management skillsBasic coaching skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComputer proficient: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, ExcelBenefitsCompetitive salaryBonusPensionPrivate HealthcareDental InsuranceEnhanced eye care Electric Car Scheme Holiday that increases with tenureOption to buy / sell holiday annually Staggered working hours
