You will be immersed in the end-to-end innovation process, from use case selection to working alongside seasoned strategists, designers, and engineers to translate visionary concepts into tangible prototypes and business proposals. This is a unique opportunity to learn and apply cutting-edge innovation methodologies within a fast-paced, collaborative, and vibrant environment.Key ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance of a mentor, you will contribute to the following core activities:Ideation & Research:Actively participate in strategic brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh perspectives and ideas.Assist in market scanning, emerging technology trend analysis, and competitive landscape research, synthesizing findings into insightful reports.Support user research activities, including helping to plan interviews, analyze data, and identify key user pain points and innovation opportunities.Concept Validation & Prototyping:Utilize relevant tools to visualize abstract concepts through wireframes, user journey maps, or concept presentations.Learn and apply collaborative tools (like Figma, Miro) to help craft Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) or interactive prototypes.Assist in organizing and conducting usability tests for prototypes, effectively collecting, organizing, and performing initial analysis of user feedback.Project Collaboration & Communication:Help track innovation project progress and milestones to ensure smooth workflow.Prepare materials for internal meetings and project launch (demonstrations), ensuring clear and effective communication.Synthesize complex information into clear, understandable diagrams and reports.Required Experience & QualificationsCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Management, Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Demonstrated passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex problems through creative thinking.Strong analytical and communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn — able to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.A strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage deliverables effectively.
