Library Services are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Research Librarian to join our research support team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the University’s research community, enhancing scholarly communication, and leading the development of open research services.You will work closely with academic staff, researchers, and professional services to provide expert advice on research support, copyright, rights retention, and open access. You will also lead the development of researcher skills training, manage the institutional repository (WRaP), and contribute to the strategic direction of research services.You will be an enthusiastic and forward-thinking professional with a strong understanding of scholarly communication, open access, copyright and research support. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a commitment to professional development.University of Worcester Library Services is an innovative and high-quality service achieving student satisfaction scores of above 90%.
