QRate is a next‑generation Customer & Employee Experience (CX/EX) analytics and performance enablement solution designed to help institutions measure, understand, and elevate experience quality across touchpoints. By combining survey‑based insights, sentiment analytics, and organisational performance indicators, QRate helps institutions build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, transforming experience into loyalty. QRate was developed with the support of a grant from Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd (CIP Spark/Sprint). We invite established training and consulting firms to become Authorized Reseller Partners for QRate. Our clients include organisations with large customer‑facing operations in banking, insurance, retail, education, hospitality, and public services, sectors where people experience defines brand success.The OpportunityWe are expanding our reseller network to bring QRate’s transformative capabilities to more organisations across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. As an Onymy Authorized Reseller, you will represent QRate in your geography and domain network, introducing the platform to institutional clients, demonstrating its value proposition, and supporting their onboarding and engagement journey in partnership with Onymy or the designated Master Reseller.This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for established training and consulting firms to add a cutting‑edge CX technology layer to their service offerings and expand their portfolio from training delivery to experience‑driven business transformation.Who We’re Looking ForWe seek partners who embody credibility, consultative selling acumen, and deep client relationships.Minimum Requirements:At least 10 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), HR consulting, or organisational developmentMinimum 3 years of experience delivering training or consulting services, independently or in partnership with other providersProven experience in selling or implementing training or software‑based solutions to enterprise or institutional clientsPrior execution of training and development assignments in industries such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, or Public Services (e.g., Immigration, Licensing, or Citizen‑facing departments)Preferred Skills and Attributes:Strong consultative and relationship‑based selling orientationAccess to senior‑level decision makers (CHROs, CXOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Learning & Service Quality)Passion for Customer Experience (CX) and organisational performance improvementAbility to demonstrate, position, and sell technology‑enabled consulting solutionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a focus on value creation and client transformationWhat You’ll GainRights to represent QRate within your geography or sector under Onymy’s reseller frameworkStructured margins and revenue‑sharing opportunities for each client acquisitionAccess to QRate Partner Certification, marketing collateral, and product training from OnymyOpportunities to co‑host client events, CX maturity workshops, and thought leadership sessionsPartnership with a recognised digital‑technology company (MD Status) and a grant‑backed product (Cradle‑supported) — markers of credibility and national‑level endorsement.About QRate’s PhilosophyQRate was built on the belief that “Experience drives loyalty, and loyalty drives performance.” Unlike conventional survey tools or L&D platforms, QRate integrates data, dialogue, and development — helping organisations not just measure satisfaction, but act on it.Our partners don’t just sell software — they shape transformation journeys that elevate how organisations engage with customers and employees alike.
