Job Description

Responsibilities:Room reservations;Processing incoming phone calls, providing information about available services and numbers, as well as resolving customer issues.;Accounting, preparation and maintenance of reports on bookings, room occupancy and other key performance indicators of the resort;Advising guests on the resort's services.Requirements:Fluency in Uzbek, Russian and English languages Secondary/higher education, preferably tourist;Work experience in the hotel industry in the booking department/ reception and accommodation department/ sales department;Fluency in modern means of communication (telephone, copier, personal computer, etc.);Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Copilot;Attention to detail, ability to concentrate, sociability, empathy, resistance to large amounts of communication and stress tolerance.Conditions:Meals are covered by the company;Competitive wages;Opportunities for professional development and participation in the opening of a unique hotel complex.This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer. The employer of individuals working at this hotel may be a third-party management company that is responsible for all employment benefits and obligations at this location.
