Wellness will also be an integral part of the resort experience, with a vast wellness and recreation village that will feature a gym, a spa, and Kid Club.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team in Movenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon, Indonessia. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation process.Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guestsManage incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests with utmost professionalismOptimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenitiesProvide comprehensive information about our property, facilities, and accommodate special requestsEnsure accurate processing of reservations, including correct recording of all guest details and preferencesCoordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concernsMaintain current knowledge of promotions, rates, and availability to provide precise informationDemonstrate thorough understanding of the property's policies, procedures, and servicesAddress guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionallyContribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of serviceQualificationsAt least 1 year experience in the same field at the hospitality industry. Fluency in English; additional language (Mandarin, Japan, Korea, French) skills are a plusExceptional customer service skills with a guest-focused personalityExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applicationsAbility to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to learnAdditional InformationEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
