Job DescriptionMain Duties:AdministrationLiaise with different departments for smooth and co-ordinated work.Should ensure that the team members are adhering to the Human Resource policies.Customer ServiceMaintaining guest profile and updating the same on regular basisEnsure to interact with the guests & enable the team to understand guest requirementsFinancialResponsible for maintaining high level of room sales, by up selling.Adhere to Accor guidelines for all the financial related proceduresEnsure maximum room occupancy within agreed overbooking policy.Ensure to balance the accounts on a daily basis.OperationalAdhere to the Standard Operating Procedures & policies.Ensure maximum room occupancy within agreed overbooking policyEnsure that incoming and outgoing telephone calls are handled promptly and courteously.Ensuring all calls are handled according to Resa Vision trainingCheck the grooming and hygiene of the team.Conduct briefing for Reservation teamCommunicates with FOM all information likely to be interest to themPreparing the reservation team with different rate query and training the teamTo practice up selling of roomsEnsuring that the team strives for achieving the budget and goals of the departmentEnsuring that the guest special requests are taken care of.Ensuring that the airport pick up and drop is communicated to concierge chief well in timeEnsuring the all VIP to be marked on the system as VIPMaking sure that the Opera system does not have double guest profileEnsuring that the field picked up in Opera are accordingly to the guest informationReports to be in proper mannerPersonnelAbility to accept responsibility;Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity;Ability to enhance organizational performance;Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively;Other DutiesEnsure cleanliness of all areas under the supervisionHelping other department in case of emergency.Occupational Health & SafetyEmployee ResponsibilityAll employees to safeguard their health and safety, and the health and safety of others, in the workplace.Replacement And Temporary MissionBe ready and responsible for any job, which may be assigned by the Management.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Guest focused personality is essentialPrior experience working with Opera or a related system experience is an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesFluency in English, additional languages are a plus Point.Our Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
