If you have a passion for hospitality, love helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls from hotel guests and assist with new and existing reservations. Input and manage reservations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS). Provide detailed and accurate information on hotel facilities and amenities. Process cancellations, amendments, and special requests efficiently. Log all calls and correspondence accurately. Upsell additional services and packages to enhance the guest experience. Manage email correspondence and administrative tasks. Achieve individual and team performance targets. Stay updated on all hotel policies and procedures. RequirementsProven experience in a sales or customer service environment is essential. Fluency in written and spoken English. Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Good knowledge of Irish geography is beneficial. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel or booking systems is an advantage. Knowledge of the hotel or hospitality industry is desirable. Availability to work evenings, Saturdays, and Bank Holidays is required.
