As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the very first point of contact.Lead and supervise the reservations team, providing guidance, training, and supportManage the booking process, including making and amending reservations, handling group bookings, and processing contracts and paymentsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunitiesMonitor and analyze reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue metricsImplement and maintain efficient reservation systems and proceduresHandle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyDevelop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key partnersEnsure compliance with company policies and industry standardsParticipate in revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and profitabilityPrepare regular reports on reservations performance and guest feedbackQualificationsProven experience as a Reservations Supervisor or minimum 2+ years of experience as a Reservations AgentStrong knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and guest servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and emails in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team managementStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant softwareFluency in English; additional language skills are highly valuedFlexibility to work varying shiftsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferredCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAdditional InformationYour Team And Working EnvironmentJoin our collaborative and dynamic Reservations team, where innovation and problem-solving are valued in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
