You will coordinate special arrangements, provide local insights, and ensure every interaction is handled with discretion, professionalism, and genuine care.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to residents’ and guests’ requests for services such as transportation, dining reservations, housekeeping, dry cleaning, and maintenance. Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to fulfill requests efficiently. Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and surrounding area including local attractions and events. Monitor common areas and lounges for service quality, safety, and guest comfort. Maintain a visible and welcoming presence at the reception desk. Document daily activities and updates in shift logbooks. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and complete required training. Uphold grooming standards, confidentiality, and asset protection policies. Foster positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence.
