It is a 30-minute drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, and is also close to the Manila Golf Club and Manila Polo Club, 10 minutes from Makati district, the capital’s financial, cultural and entertainment hub with first-class shopping malls.Duties Take responsibility for all Shangri-la Circle members and VIP guests Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience Provide help and assistance to all guests Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel C reate an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests RequirementsPreferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacityPreferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel or Serviced ApartmentsPreferably communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)Takes pride in being a hotelierLoves interacting with guests and customersEnjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
