RESIDENT AYURVEDA DOCTOR

Ayurveda is unique in its holistic perspective of health, as it incorporates physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. As an Ayurvedic Practitioner, you are responsible for balancing the body, mind and spirit as well as promoting a good lifestyle through treating the cause of an illness rather than its symptoms. You are required to practice various massage techniques and procedures during consultations based on the requirements. ·       Possess an extraordinary ability to communicate with the patients in a calm manner with a friendly approach.·       Should possess amazing diagnostic, outstanding problem-solving & decision-making skills·       Explaining the treatments provided to patients with the benefits.·       Ability to manage multiple guests at a time efficiently.Understanding patient health issues, consultation, prescribing necessary medications and treatments.Advising screening and scanning if necessary.Offering ayurvedic massages to the clients.Maintaining the inventory level and restocking the products as required.Ensuring the client is fully informed about the treatment.Enhancing guest satisfaction and guest excellence through services provided.Assigning tasks to the team of therapists and other team members and necessary follow-ups.Preparing documentation after treatments and maintaining the same for future references.Restoring patients to good health by administering or suggesting interventions such as Panchakarma , yoga , Diet & Ayurvedic substances.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS·       BAMS in Ayurveda or degree in the related field·       Minimum 06 to 10 years of working experience as an Ayurvedic Doctor in the Hotel Industry·       Ability to maintain the sensitive and confidential information·       Phenomenal management skills.·       Excellent command of written and spoken English.
