Spring STPhone number: (903) 723-0040Status (FT/PT/PRN): FTWhat does a Resident Care Coordinator at Sagora do?Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective schedulingFacilitate and encourage family involvement with residentsAssist in the coordination of resident move-ins and move-outs and orientation of new residents to the community, ensuring a smooth transition for the resident and familyInvestigate resident and associate incidents, identify safety hazards, and institute corrective actions in a timely manner in coordination with the Resident Services DirectorMonitor resident service plans, record information to determine the quality of service to residents, and direct staff to implement needed changesCoordinate wellness activities and participate in the resident activity programWork with other members of the management team to market and manage the communityEnsure regulatory compliance and participate in management and agency surveysOther duties as assignedWhat do you need to be a Resident Care Coordinator?
