Our high-performing team of passionate and talented individuals works collaboratively to deliver great outcomes for our clients.The roleAs part of a team of experienced aged care professionals, your role will involve you visiting aged care facilities to assess residents using the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) assessment tool. This position will be located in or close to Bundaberg and will undertake AN-ACC assessments at residential aged care homes across the Wide Bay aged care planning region (ACPR) on behalf of the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing . These visits require travel within the Wide Bay ACPR with the potential for overnight stays for more remote facilities.Comprehensive training and support will be provided (no prior knowledge of the AN-ACC assessment tool is required).
