Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Counselor located in Philadelphia, PA. The Residential Counselor will assist individuals in navigating daily activities, support their mental health and well-being, provide case management, and ensure adherence to treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include fostering a supportive environment, facilitating skill development, maintaining detailed documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address client needs and goals. Qualifications Strong grounding in Human Services and a basic understanding of Psychology conceptsExcellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clientsExperience or knowledge in Case Management and Mental Health supportAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalismExperience in residential settings and crisis intervention is a plusA bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferredProficiency in documentation and organizational skills
