Job Description

Job Purpose:Assist RMT to centralize all resources in our internal HR system (RMS) through various communication channels and daily operation.Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate with service providers and stake holders from different locationsDo daily/weekly/monthly check on productivity from RMSPrepare policy, guideline for every new RMS ‘s functionCoordinate with Trainer and Specialist for briefing/training of RMS or any related matterResponse to inquiry from service provider on RMSCoordinate with IT and other departments to make sure smooth installation or launching of new system/project/ any relatedBe a role of project coordinator to enhance RMS and provide accurate data or function in RMSBe a bridge between service provider and stake holdersMake sure RMS data up to datePerform assigned tasks as neededKey Technical Skills and Knowledge:Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in HR or Business Administration, Communication, Customer Service relatedProven work experience at least 2 years in related fieldKnowledge in Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Visio.Good in computers skillExcellent communication skills.Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectivelyDealing with ambiguity and changing priorities;Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly;Strong writing and record keeping ability for reportsAdvanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
