Are you an experienced recruiter who loves dogs?We're looking for a new Resourcing Officer to help deliver excellent practice in all aspects of recruitment, ensuring the lifecycle runs smoothly and the right people are sourced for the right roles.Application Deadline December 03, 2025 Department People Employment Type Permanent - Full Time Location London or another Dogs Trust site Workplace type Hybrid Compensation £32,000 - £34,500 per year (depending on location) + benefitsWhat does this role do?As Resourcing Officer You'llproactively engage hiring managers to agree recruitment plans, actively identifying, flagging and resolving issues as they arisecreate bespoke methods to attract candidates, providing clear communication and excellent customer service throughout the recruitment processensure the ATS (Pinpoint) is kept up to date, and that users are trained and confident in using the systemwork with hiring managers to design and conduct robust interviews and assessments which ensure a fair and consistent recruitment experienceguide and advise managers in making conditional job offers to successful candidates as quickly and efficiently as possiblebe responsible for recruitment administration, including interview arrangements, ensuring smooth on-boarding, dealing with enquiries, providing feedback and updating various systems and trackers, as requiredCould this be you?To be successful in this role you'll be well organised and creative, with experience of dealing with high volumes of recruitment, ideally in a charity setting.You'll be a fantastic communicator who can build really strong relationships, is confident in giving advice and in making decisions, providing consistently good customer service.This role can be based in London or Manchester and is required to work in the office 2 days a week, with the remaining time working from home.Interviews will take place on 11th and 12th December and will be via Microsoft Teams.What does this team do?The People team is a growing team of over 40 friendly, hardworking colleagues delivering a first-class service to the organisation and our 1,650 employees in more than 70 workplaces. We work across all People activities including recruitment, pay and benefits, payroll, learning and development and employee engagement as well as providing pragmatic and principled guidance on individual people issues.The Resourcing team of 5 recruits into around 80-100 vacancies at any one time, and over 600 vacancies in a year.About Dogs TrustWe love dogs.
