Resourcing Specialist - 6 month contractIn this role you will be the strategic connector between Sales, Markets, and Talent Supply to ensure the right people are in the right places at the right time. Your work will protect revenue, reduce bench time, and shape a forward‑looking talent supply strategy that supports near‑term delivery and long‑term growth.The Role:Strategic alignment — Act as the primary supply partner to Sales, Markets, and Client Leadership Teams to translate pipeline and delivery needs into actionable staffing plans.Forecasting & planning — Build and maintain rolling 90‑ and 180‑day staffing forecasts using sales pipeline, project roll‑offs, and fulfillment ratios to drive hiring, redeployment, and contingent decisions.Bench management & optimization — Reduce bench inventory and increase utilization through proactive redeployment, cross‑skilling initiatives, and demand shaping.Operational governance — Maintain data accuracy across Resource Management Systems (RMS); govern aged roles, ramp‑downs, and unplanned reductions with disciplined processes.Cross‑functional partnership — Collaborate closely with Engineering, HR, L&D, and CLTs to close open roles, shape regional talent distribution, and enable quick, compliant placements.Revenue protection — Proactively identify and mitigate revenue leakage through precise resource allocation, utilization monitoring, and escalation of at‑risk engagements.Reporting & dashboards — Own and evolve dashboards and KPIs that track headcount, utilization, billability, bench days, fill rates, and forecast accuracy.RequirementsExperience — 6–8 years in Resource Management, Workforce Analytics, Capacity Planning, or Staffing within a large IT/Technology/Services environment.Analytical expertise — Exceptional quantitative skills; comfortable building and validating resource forecasting models and utilization/billability calculations.Tools — Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas); experience with RMS or resource planning platforms is strongly preferred.Stakeholder management — Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate confidently in ambiguity.Drive & autonomy — Self‑starter who can lead multiple initiatives, prioritize competing needs, and move decisions to closure.Degree in Business, Analytics, HR or related fieldIdeal ExperienceExperience with workforce planning tools (Workday, SAP, Resource Guru, or similar)Familiarity with sales pipeline conversion metrics and professional services delivery economicsBackground in cross‑skilling or redeployment program design
