Responsible Sourcing Manager – Global Frozen Business (Aquaculture)Location: IndonesiaFunction: Global Shrimp ProcurementReports to: VP of Global Frozen Procurement & Senior Director of Social Impact – SustainabilityTravel Required: YesLanguage: English (Proficient)Thai Union Group is seeking a Responsible Sourcing Manager to lead our global frozen procurement efforts and drive impactful change across our shrimp supply chain.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement aquaculture responsible sourcing roadmaps aligned with Thai Union’s sustainability goals.Policy & Standards: Adapt Group Sustainability standards for aquaculture, ensuring compliance and performance across global teams.Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with Category Managers and Purchasing teams to monitor supplier performance and drive improvement initiatives.Sustainability Projects: Lead Aquaculture Improvement Projects (AIPs), supplier development programs, and initiatives focused on GHG reduction, antibiotic use, and certifications.Compliance & Certifications: Stay ahead of regulatory changes (e.g., ASC, BAP) and integrate best practices into procurement operations.Key Goals:Achieve 42% GHG reduction by 2030 and net zero by 2050Ensure 100% responsible aquaculture practices across shrimp and feed supplyPromote safe, decent, and equitable work across farms and processing plantsKey Qualifications:Deep knowledge of aquaculture sustainability, responsible sourcing, and environmental/social standardsExpertise in ASC, BAP, and audit schemes (e.g., BSCI, SMETA, SA8000)Experience with GHG Protocol, LCA methodologies, and antibiotic managementStrong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
