Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Famagusta for a Restoran Şefi. The Restoran Şefi will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and restaurant, ensuring food quality, managing staff, and maintaining hygiene standards. Responsibilities include coordinating food preparation, monitoring service efficiency, and upholding a high standard of culinary output while ensuring excellent customer dining experiences. Qualifications Strong skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary SkillsKnowledge of Food Service and Hygiene standardsExperience in team supervision and leadership within a hospitality or restaurant settingExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesProblem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureA degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is a plusPrior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
