Restaurant General Manager - ALAYA

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Alaya in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and maintain a positive work environment.Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, monitoring service quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales data to meet revenue goals. This includes developing business plans and financial objectives.Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and boost sales, including community engagement and advertising initiatives.Required Skills and QualificationsLeadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a productive work environment.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers effectively.Customer Service Orientation: A passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and making data-driven decisions.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations, restaurant operations, and current trends in the food and beverage industry.Requirements:Previous experience as General Manager in high - end restaurant conceptsExperience leading large teams in high volume restaurant operations.Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages will be advantageous.Who are we?Established in 2011, Fundamental Hospitality is a UAE born company that unifies the regions leading lifestyle concepts.
