Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise all staff.Maintain high service, cleanliness, and sanitation standards across all dining areas.Ensure proper staffing levels aligned with guest service needs and financial goals.Lead, motivate, and coach the Food & Beverage team to drive performance and teamwork.Ensure compliance with all F&B policies, food safety standards, and liquor regulations.Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.Engage with guests to gather feedback and drive continuous service improvement.Provide training, support employee development, and promote fair workplace practices.Assist the service team during peak periods when needed.Ensure strong product quality, presentation standards, and financial oversight (purchasing, cost control, invoices).Qualifications:High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or a related field.A 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 2 years of relevant experience.Chinese-speaking candidate preferred.Proven track record in fine dining restaurant operations.
