Restaurant Manager- Earth & Vine

We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Earth & Vine Restaurant at Castleknock Hotel. We are currently recruiting for an ambitious, creative and experienced Restaurant Manager who is looking for a new challenge. Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning 4 Star hotel in Castleknock, Dublin 15. Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. What we require from our applicants:Previous restaurant experience in IrelandThe ability to engage well with guests to provide an outstanding guest experience Excellent attention to detail & a good level of knowledge of cash procedure, labour costs and budget.
